Dancing with the Athletes – Chesapeake Sheriff’s Office

The Chesapeake Sheriff’s Office is holding the 2nd Annual Dancing with the Athletes. Deputies are stepping out on a different beat to take on a local version of the hit TV show. Their partners are athletes with Special Olympics Virginia.  Last year, the first annual Dancing with the Athletes raised more than $1,000 for Special Olympics Virginia.  This year’s event is December 15 from 6:30 until 10 p.m. at the Chesapeake Conference Center.  Admission is free; donations for the Special Olympics will be accepted at the door.
