Join the Urban League of Hampton Roads Young Professionals as we recognize local leaders who have made a difference in their communities. Legacies, an annual celebration and awards ceremony, will be held on February 23rd at the Chesapeake Conference Center at 7:00 p.m. Reception to follow ceremony.
