Donna Cannatella, Executive Director found out about an organization in our community that was in need during the pandemic in late April. The organization was called Mercy Chefs, which is a faith-based, non-profit disaster relief organization that exists to serve professionally prepared meals to victims, volunteers and first responders in national emergencies and natural disasters. They were in great need of professional chefs and other trained culinary staff to help prepare quality home-cooked meals.
We were so happy to be a part of helping in any way that we could to help feed our community and our first responders who were battling COVID-19 on the front lines.
